Group work.

We designed our group work feature so teachers could easily monitor and manage group work by keeping track of individual and group contributions. Students can assign responsibility or delegate tasks to group members. This requires students to plan, communicate, and collaborate with one another. Students learn to advocate for their strengths, organize around common objectives, and work with flexibility.

Assign tasks to group members.

Delegate tasks. Who will be working on what? Select the person icon next to each task to assign the task to group member(s).

Tag Collaborators

Sometimes when we assign tasks to our group members, it’s not always the same people who actually contribute to the work. Make your group members accountable for the work they do by tagging those who actually contributed to the task. Now your teachers and fellow group members know who has contributed and who hasn’t.

When you post, select the Tag Collaborators button on the lower left-hand side of the post.

Select group members who helped you create the post.

Track GROUP MEMBER Contributions

All users (teachers and group members) can see who has done what in groups. They can see overall group progress, as well as, individual contributions. Because collaborators are credited on each post, teachers have simple visual cues needed to assess individual students’ engagement. Teachers can track individual and group progress in one glance.
